Quote from Jon Reinhard ODE Transformation Specialist about DSD Instructional Coaches performance:
"I can say that 100% of the classrooms were active engaging learning environments. I walked in every classroom in grades 3-5 and teachers were teaching in learning stations and using engaging strategies with students. Students were working in stations, collaborating with each other in effective ways and instructional coaches were actively engaged as well. Classroom management issues were almost none existent. I actively engaged with several students to ask them what they were doing and learning and they could tell me exactly what they were working on and what the expectations were of them."
